David’s practice is focused on family law. He appears regularly before the Family Part in Mercer, Middlesex, Hunterdon, Somerset, and Burlington counties. David is an advocate for reaching amicable resolutions to family law disputes. However, he understands that litigation is sometimes the only option and has significant courtroom and litigation experience arguing a wide array of family law issues. David has experience with mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
