Meet Our Attorneys: David A. Beaver, Esq.

David joined Ulrichsen Rosen & Freed LLC in 2016 after several years of practicing family law.  

David appreciates that a divorce can be one of the most difficult periods in a client’s life and provides compassionate representation by assisting clients to identify and prioritize the issues that are most important to their cases. He also understands that clear and concise counsel is necessary to obtain a resolution that meets each client’s individual needs.

David is an advocate for reaching amicable resolutions to family law disputes because he understands the importance for clients to have control over the resolution of their case and is trained in alternative dispute resolution methods such as collaborative divorce. 

However, he understands that litigation is sometimes the only option and has significant courtroom and litigation experience arguing a wide array of family law issues such as the equitable distribution and division of corporate benefits such as restricted stock units, stock options and other highly compensated employee awards, alimony awards, cohabitation, modification of  support awards and a wide variety of custody related issues.
